• Dokter Makan is a doctor-led parenting hub providing educational content, courses, resources, consultations, and events.
• Our mission is to support parents with trusted, evidence-based knowledge during the early years of raising children.
• These Terms apply to all users of Dokter Makan’s Services.

2. Educational Purpose Only

• All content, including courses, resources, and articles, is for educational and informational purposes only.
• Dokter Makan does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• For urgent or emergency issues, always contact a qualified healthcare provider.

3. Consultations

• Consultations are provided by SNFC (Surabaya Nutrition & Feeding Clinic) doctors or experts.
• Consultations are intended for guidance only and do not substitute in-person medical care when necessary.
• Reschedule and cancellation policies are displayed on the appointment booking site and apply once a booking is made.

4. Courses & Resources

• Unless otherwise stated, courses include lifetime access.
• Resources such as e-books and guides may be downloadable; video courses remain accessible only through the platform.
• Dokter Makan may update or modify course content to reflect the latest evidence and best practices.

5. Payments & Refunds

• Payments can be made by credit cards, bank transfer, or e-wallets (depending on your location).
• Refund and cancellation policies are stated before checkout and vary by product or service. By completing payment, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable policy.
• Invoices/receipts are automatically sent to your registered email after payment.

6. Accounts & Security

• To access certain Services, you must create an account.
• Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Sharing login details with others is strictly prohibited.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on Dokter Makan, including articles, courses, videos, guides, and branding, is the intellectual property of Dokter Makan or its licensors.
• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written consent.
• Downloadable resources are for personal use only. Commercial use, resale, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Parents remain fully responsible for their child’s health and for seeking professional care when needed.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dokter Makan disclaims all warranties, express or implied, relating to its Services.

By using Dokter Makan, you agree to:

• Use the Services only for lawful purposes.
• Provide accurate and truthful information when creating accounts or making bookings.
• Refrain from attempting to disrupt or misuse our Services.

Dokter Makan reserves the right to update or amend these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with the effective date. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

13. Appointment Policy – Dokter Makan

At Dokter Makan, we highly value punctuality so every child can receive the best possible care and attention. To maintain smooth scheduling and comfort for all families, the following appointment policy applies:

• Cancellation, patient transfer, and refund are not allowed under any circumstances.
• If a patient is unable to attend, rescheduling is allowed only once and must be requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Requests made after this period cannot be accommodated.
• Missed appointments are not eligible for session replacement. As a courtesy, we provide a 50% discount for one subsequent appointment.
• This discount is non-transferable and valid for 1 month from the date of the missed appointment.
